Finance Center in Bad Radkersburg. This was the first building we had seen with the black banner hanging on the front. Although we thought we knew the reason, we entered the building to ask about it. The gentleman in the office did not understand English, and our German is non-existent without our German dictionary handy. We said "black flag" in German, and motioned outside, then said "why?". His reply was "Amerika"...........
